Week 2: Culture of Health Part 2

what is the culture of health program?
the culture of health program is a multiyear collaborative effort at the NAM to identify strategies to create and sustain conditions that support equitable good health for everyone in america
the national academy of medicine is an independent, evidence-based advisor. the NAM's mission is to improve health by advancing science, accelerating health equity, and providing authoritative advice nationally and globally
the natin
the four goals of the culture of health program
1. to understand building, informing, and elevating the evidence base, including evidence from the lives experience of health inequity, to better understand and eliminate health inequities
2. to translate communicating the evidence in a timely and culturally appropriate manner to bring an understanding of the strongest science to those working to advance health equity
3. to engage ensuring that those working at every level to eliminate health inequities are provided the evidence-based tools they need to ensure their effectiveness
4. to learn in real time from our activities to ensure effective and equitable evaluation and metrics of impact

Here are the 4 goals of the Culture of Health Program.
