Health Technology to Reduce Burnout |ÌýApril 8, 2022
Technology can be both a source and solution to the challenges of prior authorization, in-basket management, credentialing, and documentation burden that are contributing to clinician burnout. Clinician Retention in the Era of COVID: Uniting the Health Workforce to Optimize Well-Being | March 15, 2022
In response to the acute challenges and staffing shortages of COVID-19, the Clinician Well-Being Collaborative assembled industry leaders, C-Suite members, and frontline health care workers to unite in the journey to share perspectives on barriers, pinpoint solutions, and discuss actionable strategies to mitigate burnout and strengthen the health care workforce. This event featured interactive discussions on well-being as the key to clinician retention, as well as learnings from those who have developed pathways forward.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the American Medical Association updatedÌýEvaluation and Management (E/M) CPT codes in January 2021, with multiple revisions intended to adjust documentation procedures that cause administrative burden. The overarching objective of this meeting is to take the principles of implementing theseÌýcode changes to address documentation-related administrative burden, and apply them to the broader concept of putting policy change into action.
